Verdant Keepsake Ring — A Dendritic Agate and Peridot Ring in Sterling Silver — Size 7 3/4 to 8 1/2

If you have been following me for a while, you have heard me say that Dendritic Agates are probably my favorite. Really, any stone that resembles a scene in nature, whether a sprawling landscape, or a tree in bloom, has a special place in my heart.

A darling little Peridot sits along side this Dendritic Agate. After making this piece, I suddenly remembered that Peridot is the August birthstone! This makes this an extra perfect piece for an August baby.

Set on Sterling and wrapped in Fine Silver, this Sterling Band is intentionally open, so it’s slightly adjustable.

Stone Face Circumference — 0.9 inches

Ring Band Width — 0.35 inches

As a reminder, because this stone is transparent please do not submerge in liquid, as a cloudiness will form over time behind the stone.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.
The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
