Branching into the Wild — A Dendritic Agate Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver

A stunning natural Dendritic Agate with orange-red Iron deposit veining which runs through the stone in branch like movements.

Wrapped in fine silver and on a hand textured sterling backplate, this pendant hangs from a curved sterling tube bail and secures its sterling cable chain with an oblong sterling lobster clasp.

Measurements:

Pendant Diameter 1.1 inches

Chain Length 17.5 to 19.5 inches (because of extender). This chain can not be switched out and is fixed to the pendant.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools. 

The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.

Please remember not to submerge this in liquid as it will cause cloudiness to form behind the stone over time.
