Renaissance Sky — A Landscape Boulder Opal Statement Ring in Sterling Silver and 14kt Gold — Size 9

This Boulder Opal, is slathered in uniqueness and singing with its own personality. Streams of vibrancy within this natural Australian stone, reminiscent of a magical Renaissance Painting.

Wrapped in fine silver and set on hand buffed sterling silver, with solid 14kt gold wire running around part of the stone. The wide smooth sterling silver band is partially overlapped.

While it shows as a size 9 1/4 on the ring mandrel, because of the 0.45 inch width of the band, this would best fit a size 9.

The face of the ring is 0.55 inches wide by 0.7 inches tall.

Please Note — This stone had a 1.5-2mm surface graze to the left corner of the stone which has been filled. 

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.
The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
