Here Fishy Fishy — A Mismatched Pair of Moonstones in Sterling Silver and 14kt Gold

Moonstones transformed into bright little mismatched fishies. 

Teardrop shaped moonstones wrapped in fine silver and set on a backplate of sterling. Sterling silver wires hug the sides to form the fish body and tail.

Finished with a solid 14kt gold accent at the base of each fish; one being a stud earring, and the other a dangle earring on a hand formed sterling wire.

These fish measure approximately 1.05 inches by 0.5 inches. The front drop of the dangle earring is about 2.15 Inches, while the back of the ear wire drops about 2.8 inches.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.
The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
