Indigo Clarity — A Split Amethyst Ring in Sterling Silver — Size 7 1/2 to 8

Amethyst and Silver.

One of my first “Grown Up” rings was made from Amethyst and Silver. … This one, being handmade, is much different.

A Geometric step-cut Amethyst wrapped in Fine Silver and backed on Sterling. This stone sits on a textured hand hammered split sterling band.

Measurements:

Stone Width 0.8 inches

Stone Height 0.5 inches

Band Size 7 1/2 (but can be stretched to size 8)

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools. 

The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.

Please remember not to submerge this in liquid as it will cause cloudiness to form behind the stone over time.
