Lightning Strike — A Polychrome White River Statement Ring in Oxidized Sterling Silver — Size 8

The Strikes of Lightning … That’s what got me.

This Completely Natural rare pattern of Polychrome White River Stone blows my mind. How these Wonders come out of our Earth I’ll never fully comprehend. 

Wrapped in oxidized fine silver and backed on sterling, this open rounded oxidized band allows for some adjustment, but very not much. I would say this would best suit a size 8 because of the width of the band, but could go up to 8 1/2 if slightly stretched.

The face of the ring is about 0.9 inches in diameter. The width of the band is about 0.4 inches.

Please note because I use an environmentally friendly, and old style of oxidation, the dark oxidation colors may and will be uneven. Rather than a solid color, many deep colors come out in this process such as cobalt blues, deep purples and stormy grays. — All another benefit of using non-harsh patina techniques, you get a true oxidization effect.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools. 

The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
