Perhaps you see both, depending on the light. Hold this Opalized Petrified Wood Pendant up to the light and see a different view when backlit. It’s like Two Little Worlds in One.

Wrapped in Fine Silver and set on an open backed Sterling setting. A Sterling Hand Hammered Modern Style Bail hangs this lovely natural specimen.

Measurements:

Pendant Length — 1.8 inches

Stone Diameter — 1.6 inches

Chain Length — 18 inches. Sterling Silver Oval Link Chain. A modern style Sterling Lobster Clasp fastens in the back. Because of the style of the bail, this chain is fixed and can not be switched out.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools. 

The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
