Lunar Empress — A Dendritic Agate Landscape Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver and Gold

A Moonlit Evening all within this Brilliant Natural Dendritic Agate Stone. Fiery orange trees on what appears to be a snow blanketed Landscape.

Wrapped in a gold filled bezel and set on a sterling backplate. The back plate of this pendant been oxidized using a traditional non-toxic time consuming method. The moon has been hand etched to peer out from behind the stone.

Measurements:

Pendant Width — 1.3 inches

Pendant Height Including Bail — 1 inch

Chain Length — 18 inches, Sterling Silver textured oblong chain with modern sterling lobster clasp that fastens in the back. This pendant can not be removed from the chain and is fixed.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.
The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.

Please not not submerge this stone in liquid as moisture will form behind the stone over time giving a dull appearance.
