Ethereal Fragments — A Raw Spinel in Quartz Pendant Necklace in Oxidized Sterling Silver and Gold

A Rarer Combination of Minerals; Spinel in Quartz. Keeping Her true to Nature with her raw face, this piece texturally offers what other highly polished stones can not.

Wrapped in Fine Silver and backed on Sterling. This pendant hangs from a hand formed surround and bail, and then has been oxidized using a traditional, non-toxic method. 

A bar and link chain with a hand formed hook style clasp finishes in the front along with asymmetric gold filled oval links.

Because I use an environmentally friendly, and old style of oxidation, the dark oxidation colors may and will be uneven. Rather than a solid color, many deep colors come out in this process such as cobalt blues, deep purples and stormy grays. — All another benefit of using non-harsh patina techniques, you get a true oxidization effect.

This pendant measures approximately 1.3 inches in length by 0.9 inches wide. The chain is a shade over 16 inches. Because of the style of the bail, this chain is fixed and can not be switched out for one of your own.
