Another in the Frozen In Time Series. This one named “Upturned Tear”. Brilliant starburst like lines lie within.

As Human Beings, Tears arise from many Emotions.
Pain. Sorrow. Relief. Nostalgia. Happiness. Love. This Bridewell Stone pendant represents an Upturned Tear Drop.

A purposeful break in the bezel; as emotions can expose our vulnerability.
A silver bail that wraps almost, but not completely around the stone; as we humans are always learning, and are eternal works in progress.

The Tear Drop Upturned?
… Well, because we are each of us unique in this World.

Set in fine silver and backed on an opened back sterling silver backplate.

Measurements:

Pendant Width — 0.75 inches

Pendant Height Including Bail — 1.35 inches

Chain Length — 17 inches, Sterling Silver oblong cable chain style with modern Sterling toggle clasp that fastens in the front. This pendant can not be removed from the chain and is fixed.

This piece is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this entire piece in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.
The old fashioned way.
Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.

Please do not submerge this pendant in liquid, as it will form a cloudiness behind the edges of the stone over time.
