Viridescent Heartbeat — A Willow Creek Jasper Ring in Oxidized Sterling Silver — Size 7

New beginnings with Springs arrival. This stunning pastel Willow Creek Jasper Stone, representing new life about to come forth. Nature’s Heartbeat in the depths of the Earth.

Wrapped in Fine and set on a hand textured Sterling Silver backplate. This ring has been slowly oxidized using non-chemical method. Small sterling and oxidized accents flank the sides of the stone.

A hand formed whimsical wrapping style ring band offers its own unique personality.

The face of the ring measures 1 inch across by 0.85 inches in height. The wrapped style band is about 0.3 inches in diameter. 

This measures 6 3/4 on the ring mandrel, but because of the width and style of the band, it really would suit a size 7 more appropriately.

Because I use an environmentally friendly, and old style of oxidation, the dark oxidation colors may and will be slightly uneven. Rather than a solid color, many deep colors come out in this process such as cobalt blues, deep purples and stormy grays. — All another benefit of using non-harsh patina techniques, you get a true oxidization effect.

Due to my eco friendly practices, this ring can not be resized.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
