Otherworldly Sunrise — A Landscape Jasper Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver

I’m trying to think if I’ve ever seen a place in this World with my own eyes similar to what I see in this Opalized Petrified Wood. … Perhaps you have?

Wrapped in fine silver and backed on an open sterling bezel, as the reverse is equally as stunning. Sterling tube bails sit a top of the pendant, as to frame this for the masterpiece of Nature that it is. 

I have hung this pendant in a modern style with the sterling link chain threaded through the tube bails. A modern sterling oversized rectangle clasp finishes in the back.

Please note this chain is fixed and can not be switched out.

The pendant is 1.4 inches tall including the bail and 1.85 inches wide. The chain is 18 inches long.

This piece is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner using recycled silver — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
