The shattered appearance of Brecciated Lilac Mookaite combined with the plummy hues of a Garden Quartz is a delightful contrast.

Wrapped in Fine Silver and set on Sterling, the domed open shank band allows for some flexibility in sizing.

This ring was oxidized using a time consuming non-toxic method, one that offers not a uniform, but varying degrees of dark and smoky hues. I strive to create my oxidized pieces to come as close as possible to looking as if they were truly oxidized over a long period of time.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
