Ode to Autumn — A Dendritic Agate, Quartz Druzy and Citrine Split Ring in Oxidized Sterling Silver — Size 7 to 7 1/2

A collection of stones that just shout Autumn.

Each the Dendritic Agate, Quartz Druzy and Citrine have been wrapped in fine silver and backed on sterling silver. Set on a two band split style ring, this has been oxidized using a non toxic method.

Because I use an environmentally friendly, and old style of oxidation, the dark oxidation colors may and will be uneven. Rather than a solid color, many deep colors come out in this process such as cobalt blues, deep purples and stormy grays. — All another benefit of using non-harsh patina techniques, you get a true oxidization effect.

This band offers the slightest bit of stretch, so would best suit a size 7 to 7 1/2. It currently sets at a size 7.

The longest point on the face of the ring is 0.9 inches. At the widest point it is 0.9 inches (unstretched at size 7).

Do not submerge this ring in liquid, as a haziness will form over time behind the stones.

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
