Violet Ice — An Natural Edged Amethyst Statement Ring in Oxidized Silver — Size 7 1/2

This raw faced Amethyst chunk is quite the Violet statement. Measuring 0.8 inches long by 0.6 inches wide, this pieces sits high off the finger at 0.4 inches.

The oxidized sterling band is 0.35 inches wide and the stone, wrapped in oxidized fine sterling has been secured with alternating prongs.

This would best fit a size 7 1/2 to 7 3/4, because of the width of the band.

Please note because I use an environmentally friendly, and old style of oxidation, the dark oxidation colors may and will be uneven. Rather than a solid color, many deep colors come out in this process such as cobalt blues, deep purples and stormy grays. — All another benefit of using non-harsh patina techniques, you get a true oxidization effect. 

This is handmade and one of a kind. I have created this in an eco-friendly manner — from hand with no harsh jewelers chemicals and no power tools. 

The old fashioned way, using recycled silver.

Thus, it has taken me a considerable amount of time compared to using other modern jewelry techniques. Therefore, file marks, as well as asymmetries are all part of the hand-fashioned process.
